  Visited-11 th May 2022 (Drury Lane London)   Theatre: Frozen is currently open in one of the most popular and historic theatres in London, Drury Lane. The theatre has recently been through a huge restoration, and everything about it looks stunning. As soon as you walk in, the entrance is hall is so grand, it felt more like a museum, and I felt quite under-dressed. There is a beautiful bar on the right hand side, a champagne bar in the centre of the foyer, and a grand staircase, all surrounded by paintings. The theatre itself is stunning with so much history, dating back to the 1600s.  Story: The story closely follows the highly successful 2013 film, with some references to Frozen 2, and further character development. Cast: The whole cast for this musical was just perfect. I was lucky enough to see the full cast, without any understudies. Stephanie McKeon as Anna played the role as Anna perfectly.  Visited- Wednesday 9th February 2022 (Mattinee show) Venue - Adelphi Theatre, London Similar to Prince of Egypt, Back to the Future The musical premiered in February 2020 in Manchester, just before the pandemic. Moving to the Adelphi Theatre in 2021 as its new home, this brand new musical had so much hype from lovers of theatre, and back to the future fans. Before seeing this, I stayed clear of spoilers, visiting the venue back in 2021 to discuss sound design made me want to see this, just based on the sheer scale of the production.   Foyer As you head upstairs to the Dress Circle, there is a huge clock tower in front of the window. I feel like this is a hidden gem for those sat upstairs. The upstairs bar and merchandise stand is all themed, with 80s music being played.  I have to start off this blog by saying, this is my first ever show at the West End.  I've loved theatre all my life, whether it's outdoor acrobatic performances, drama productions, to Musicals and pantomimes, it's a way to escape reality for a couple hours. I've seen many different shows over the years, I'll make a blog on some recent shows I watched before the pandemic, but I was very excited to see how the production varied compared to a touring show at a local theatre. As we bought our tickets the night before, our seats were towards the back, and cost us approximately £25 each. We still had a good view of the stage.  In regards to Covid safety, the majority wore face masks inside the venue, which was reassuring. The track and trace system was in place, but this wasn't checked by any members of staff. However, as we were fully vaccinated, we felt very safe. And my advice if anyone is anxious in seeing this show, it was probably the safest I've ever felt...
